Andrew Lippa's The Wild Party
In one night of sex, love, betrayal, and booze, Andrew Lippa's contemporary score takes us for a wild ride in THE WILD PARTY, based on a 1920s poem by Joseph Moncure March. The evening will be hosted by Queenie, a vaudeville dancer, and Burrs, her lover and vaudeville clown, and all the friends and fiends they bring with them. Join us in a rundown apartment for one night of wild fun. |
This was the official preview event for the 2009 Festival of New American Musicals. For more info, please visit www.lafestival.org.
